Visual inspection of roof and building envelope
Check downspouts for operation
Railing and decks
Check walkways are free of obstructions
Visually check for signs of animal intrusion

Doors & Windows

Check for proper operations
Adjust, clean and lubricate mechanism as necessary
Check for operation of blinds and window coverings

Plumbing & Fixtures

Exercise shut off valves ensuring they work when you need them most
Replace cartridges that fail leading to taps that drip
Hard water removal from shower heads
Test all fixtures for proper operation

Lighting & Electrical

Replace light bulbs as necessary
Test GFCI and AFCI plugs and breakers
Thermal inspection of panel

Heating & Cooling

Certified inspection
Replace filters as needed
Seasonal cleaning of outdoor condenser

Adjust cabinet doors and hinges as needed
Check appliances for proper operations
Run appliance’s clean cycles where needed

He immediately knew what the issue was, told me what tool I need and what to unhook. Then he walked me through getting the drawer on its rails again. He didn’t have to help me like this, but he saved me from doing a service call and told me how to do it all on FaceTime. I can’t thank him enough, not enough words to express my gratitude.
