Justin FaceTimed me at 6:45 am and stayed on the phone with me for over half an hour to fix my kitchen garbage. It came off its rails and I couldn’t get it back on. He immediately knew what the issue was, told me what tool I need and what to unhook. Then he walked me through getting the drawer on its rails again. He didn’t have to help me like this, but he saved me from doing a service call and told me how to do it all on FaceTime.  I can’t thank him enough, not enough words to express my gratitude. He’s a genius, if you need something fixed, call him. Nicest man, and he will get the job done. He also refused to charge me for his time, and expertise. We need more people like this in the world.
